The data you give us in our forms (name, email address, phone number, answers about your property or your search, message), as well as browsing and marketing attribution data (pages viewed, source of the visit).

3. Purposes

• Responding to your requests and supporting you with your letting or management project;
• Sending you the guide you requested;
• Managing the business relationship and following up your file;
• Measuring the effectiveness of our marketing activities.

4. Legal basis

Your consent (when you submit a form), the performance of pre-contractual or contractual measures, and Alveo Rent's legitimate interest in developing its business.

5. Recipients

The teams of Alveo Rent and of the Alveo group companies. Our technical providers may process this data as processors: website hosting (Vercel), form automation (n8n), customer relationship management (Pipedrive) and mapping (Mapbox).

6. Transfers outside the European Union

Some providers are located outside the European Union. Such transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses of the European Commission).

7. Retention period

As long as needed to handle your request, then in line with legal time limits. Prospecting data is kept for no more than 3 years after the last contact.

8. Your rights

Under the GDPR and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD), you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, which you can exercise by writing to rent@alveo.co. You may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

9. Cookies and audience measurement

The website stores the source of your visit (campaign parameters) in your browser so that it can be linked to your requests. You can set your browser to refuse this.
