No, full management has no minimum term.
With full management, we chase the tenant and follow up the case with you. You can also take out rent guarantee insurance, for example with Alveo Seguros, the group's insurance arm. The law does not allow its cost to be passed on to the tenant.
No. Our prices are shown excluding VAT; Spanish VAT at 21% is added.
