Whistleblowing channel

This channel lets you report, confidentially, any matter concerning Alveo Rent that may breach the regulations or our rules of conduct.

It is open to our staff and to anyone dealing with Alveo Rent: owners, tenants, suppliers and partners.

  1. Confidentiality

    The identity of the person making the report and of the people named remains confidential. Only the person in charge of the channel has access to the information.

  2. No retaliation

    A person who reports facts in good faith may not suffer any retaliation for doing so (Spanish Act 2/2023).

  3. Anonymous reports

    You do not have to identify yourself. An anonymous report is investigated just as rigorously.

  4. Data protection

    The data you send is used only to investigate the report, in accordance with the GDPR and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018.

Our timeframes

  • 7 daysto acknowledge receipt of the report, if you leave us a way to reply to you.
  • 3 monthsat most to inform you of the action taken (article 9 of Act 2/2023).

You can also contact the Independent Whistleblower Protection Authority (A.A.I.) or the competent authorities.
